If I'm not mistaken, the law says, when you get arrested, you have to be seen by the judge within seventy two hours,right?

No. You are required to be seen within 48 hours, but weekends and holidays do not count.
The worst time to be arrested is the day before Thanksgiving. You can be held the remainder of Wednesday through Monday and not see the judge until late Tuesday since the clock doesn't start until after the weekend.
