If a wife decides that she wants a husband to leave (not necessarily filing for divorce) is it necessary for her to have some legal valid reason or does she just have to say the word?
On the flip side, can a husband do the same thing?
If it is their common property no. She would have to have a restraining order to keep him from occupying what is partly his property. To get a R.O. she would have to show cause.
