I have a charge of aggravated assault from 12 years ago, it is currently stopping me fom graduating. Is a governors pardon in pennsylvania even a realistic path to explore?
If you have only one conviction, you can look into getting it expunged.
Governor's Pardons do happen, as do Presidential pardons, but they are rare. Usually they involve people wrongly imprisoned, such as Civil Rights leaders, and sometimes they involve political lackeys that lick the elected official's shoes, like Scooter Libbey.
