Are Employee Listings Available to the Public?

Are employers required to make available a listing of their employees?

I ask because I suspect a local business owner of receiving a Govt Base Pass under false pretenses, by claiming he is an employee of another local business that does have Base access privelages.

This is a *serious* security violation, and the penalty for fraudulently receiving a Base Pass is quite heavy.

I would like to somehow verify whether the former business owner is truly "employed" by the latter.

I do not see why any business has to make it's employee list public. Why not call up the company to verify this person's status from the company that allegedly employs him? If it is that important then write a letter requesting confirmation.
