In process of moving to AZ with 2 grand-kids I have guardianship of due to my daughter giving them to me to raise. Can I file papers with AZ and will AZ uphold the AR court appointed guardianship?

Do you have permission of either the PARENTS or the courts permission to move...IN WRITING?

I have permanent guardianship from a judge in Arkansas with permission granted to move to Arizona. I just want to be sure that order is recognized and upheld in Arizona. Yes, it is in writing and signed by a judge.
