In 2006, I purchased Andersen's Narrow line 200 series windows. In 2013, fungus was growing out of some of the windows. They installed some type of chemical treated pellets into the window frames to harden the wood. In 2016 the fungus returned. An Andersen Rep. can out and stated that all the frames will need to be replaced. It is under warranty. My question is, what action can I take to get a prorated refund. Andersen has a serious problems with the frames and I'm afraid that within 6-7 years the problem will return.

You can ask, negotiate, plead, beg, discuss.
YMMV

If you are that dissatisfied, perhaps your remedy lies in a court somewhere in Maryland.

Your other option is to get yourself on a tv legal show ( Judge Judy, People's Court, Judge Mathis, etc... )
