    My oldest daughter does not want to talk to CPS but she's almost 18 even though the case that's not have nothing to do with her it has something to do with one of my other children because the school called and reported me to CPS

    She doesn't have to. And neither do you. Until a judge says otherwise.

    Speaking with CPS is entirely optional. Allowing them into your home is optional.

    I Anita Thomas was wondering it when CPS closes a case does that mean they give you papers to sign once they close your case

    Not necessarily, but they might. It all depends on the specifics of the case.

    Depends on the applicable state law and local procedures and the relevant facts, absolutely none of which you included in your post.
