i have a claim against me because my lawyer representing me [might] violated contract I signed. He did all those behind my back, against my instructions and against my will. I tried many times to fire him but he threaten me with huge legal bills as he works on contingency basis. I have extensive evidence to support that the violation is my lawyer's fault, am I still liable?
