Am I legallaly separated???

I live in California. My husband and I filled out legal separation documents and filed them in the court together last October. When the summons to respond to the separation came in the mail a week or so later (he was the partitioner)I never responded with my signature to the documents. . My husband and I were able to work things out and are now together. Am I actually separated? Do I need to go to the court to "unfile" the request for legal separation? What happens if I do nothing? Any advice would be really appreciated!

You need to check with the clerk of court to see if you need to take any action. They are the only ones with the answer.
