My sister is wanting to sell our fathers home who is still alive without his or siblings permission. There is a will that states the house is to be sold and money split evenly between siblings. Our father has alzheimers and is not capable of making any decision and she took him to her home and says she needs to sell the house to take care of him. He is 90 years old. Can she sell the house without sibling permission? He also has money coming in every month which is a ample amount.

Can she sell the house without sibling permission?
Sibling permission isn't required - it's not your house yet. She can't sell the house without HIS permission.
He also has money coming in every month which is a ample amount.
How do you know it's an ample amount? If you are correct, how does your sister reconcile that with her statement that she needs to sell the house to support him?

You could agree (as could the other siblings) to share the care of your father, thereby shirt circuiting your sister's attempt to sell his home. To do that, it would have to be done on probate (or equity) court and you and the other siblings would need to engage a lawyer.

You would have to show that your father is incompetent to make financial decisions.

If your father has Medicare, they'll slither around (or can be summoned) and they'll put the cabosh on the sale of the home, depending on your dad's financial condition.
