Hi, Me and my girl friend have been living together on and off for 11 years now, Her divorce of 23 years prior had granted her a monthly maintenance sum of $Xxx a month Indefinitely by the judge.
He, the X-husband has petition the court with a new trial set for this month to get it dropped because she is living a martial like relationship, again we have split up on several accounts and have no joint accounts or assets together. But she's afraid if she looses and we split up, She'll loose her house.

I was just subpoenaed last week to show up with my last 5 years of federal income tax returns in court, with all schedules.
Do i have any option or legal right here, to my knowledge there is no common law in the state of Wisconsin?. Do I have to bring those in?

Also, due to several injury's I've incurred, my income on some years was to small to claim anyway...
Any input or advice would very helpful.
thank you very much. :)
