ok i dunno where to begin..ok theres a woma who met a man online..who are good friends..later become intimate . both married bad marriages..no intimacy or love ...anyway the mans wife finds out..and threatens the woman ,with going to her house n showing her husband..also to sue her for alienation of affection.. now the threatened woman lives in nj..and the man n wife who threatened live in north carolina..can this woman in nj be sued .. and is there any way she can win this battle?

Aleination of affection is rarely used anymore. It's been a long time since somebody was successfuly sued for this. The man is also just as responsible for the affair.
