Alienation of Affection- MS

I am a resident of Mississippi. I was married for 18 years until Sept 2007 when my divorce became final. I did not want the divorce but finally gave in. My husband had a "friendship" with a woman who was my friend as well. She left her husband and my husband left me at the same time. They deny an affair but maintained constant phone contact, dinners together etc, as friends. They officially began dating the weekend after our divorce was final and have since married March 2008. My ex claims he had been miserable for years. I thought we were happily married. I am considering an alienation of affection lawsuit. Is there a timelimit for filing? What are the requirements to show alienation of affection?
