Please if someone has written his will and given to a trustee, but died shortly after, when the trustee hasn't get letter of administration yet, nor divide the property yet, and the beneficiaries has now taken the matter to court.
What advice to give to both party.. (trustee and beneficiaries )?

The advice they should be given is to consult with an attorney.

Huh? This sentence is barely intelligible, and it's not at all clear what "matter" you're talking about.

Advice about what?

IP address is Nigeria, which may explain the language difficulty.

If the estate actually is in DC, more information about why the beneficiary is going to court might be helpful.

You need to explain things a bit better. In the U.S. when a person dies, only those assets of the deceased that are part of the deceased's probate estate are subject to the decedent's will. The probate estate is administered by a person known as either the personal representative or executor. A trustee has nothing to do with the will. A trustee is one who administers a trust, which is something different from a will. However, a will can create a trust. But once created, the trust is a separate thing from the estate. A trust might also be created during life independently of the will. In any event, the trustee never will get letters of administration because the trustee of a trust has nothing to do with the probate of the estate. It is the personal representative/executor who gets the letters of administration.
