Adult website contest

Is it legal to have a website where members submit nude photos of their Breasts and Buttocks, then the members with the highest votes each month win cash and other prizes?

Why wouldn't it be? There's plenty of porn sites out there, and if it's just picts of breasts and butts, then the content is legal. That would only become a problem if it showed sex acts. But it has been legally ruled that the human body by itself is considered art.

The obvious question is access to this by kids. Again, there are tons of porn sites. Go to Gogle.com, click on video at the top and type in porn and you would be quite surprised by what you see.

Thank you for the reply, my concern wasn't the nude photos, but more of the contest where they are being judged by them and then awarded cash. if they won the contest

To that end there is nothing at all illegal. You know ahead of time what the terms of the contest is, and who is judging it. Anyone can set up any type of contest and award cash.
