I'm a med Tech at an Assisted Living Facility and there is a wife of a resident who clearly wants to rid of me. She is verbally abusive has called me Dyke and has made my work time impossible. She has gone so far as to call corporate on me. So now a month in I received a phone call from my employer and corp and was told that I am on Administrative leave with pay pending an investigation. Facts: corporate already knew of her discrimination towards me and was already aware that she was an issue not only with me but for the facility as well. If I lose my job over this what are my rights
