I have been on paid administrative leave for about two years over legal matters and at this time nothing has been said about guilt or no guilt.
My questions is can the company that put me on Administrative leave after telling me that i would not loss my job go and lay me off with out any warning??Plus with out any say if they think I am guilty or not.
