Ad payments

I have a blog in which I use two companies that place ads on my site - pay per click. One of the companies [San Francisco, CA.] has been overpaying me for the past three months. The payments amount to over $10,000.

Can I legally keep the money?

I reside in MO.

The error payments are E. transfer.

They can ask for them back and, if they do, you have no recourse to say "well, I spent the money thinking it was mine..." But of course, there is always the honest thing to do...
