My brother is a CEO of a young company. Three months ago, a secretary was hired for him. The lady is claiming my brother has asked her to give in to his sex demands or quit the job. She reported this to the company's ethics committee. For lack of evidence to substantiate her claim, she was sacked by the company. Now she has taken my brother to court. What should my brother's lawyer do?
