   Our cab company has anew accident policy if u have an accident whether it's your fault or not we will charge a $500 deductible is this legal?

   The $500 has nothing to do with legal.
   Its a company policy.
   If you find it unacceptable, find new employment, or drive carefully, avoiding any accidents.
