My wife took a 25 year old diary of mine and selected some particularly personal and embarrassing entries which she photographed and emailed to at least seven or eight people. We are in the process of a divorce. She did this without telling me and she doesn't know that I know. Do have any legal recourse as it's my personal property that she is sharing with people who are either strangers to me or acquaintances only?
