I am currently in a 9 year relationship that is coming to an end. We were to marry, and did not go through with plans. We had already purchased a home together. Now I am wondering what our rights are? When the home was purchased we agrred that if broke up I would keep the home ( I have 2 kids he does not). I need to know in Lake couty Florida what my rights are? Please advise .......

It depends on how the house it titled. I assume that you each own one half so one of you will have to buy out the other.
