I just received a letter from the City of Philadelphia, about some parking tickets in 1997. It states that if they are not paid in 5 days they will send them to a collections agency and ruin my credit.

After 8 years I don't rember if I receved any that were not paid, and since I paid them in cash at the parking violations center, I don't have proof of which ones I did pay.

Is there a statue of limitation of parking ticket collections in PA?

In many states there is no statute of limitations for parking tickets. If you have a PA state license you may have a lien placed on your registration. This is something you may want to clear up as soon as possible.
