60 year old tenancy

My partnership company is a 60 years old tenants of a commercial property, there was no agreement with the land lord. Do we have any privilege because of the old tenancy like automatic ownership after certain years of tenancy, right to sublet etc?

One can rent a place for decades. Doesn't mean they eventually own it. Property records would still list the original owner.
