Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI 4 DUI New Mexico, now living in AZ

I have had 4 previous DUIs in NM and now live in AZ. Is there anyway to get a brethalizer on a car and drive in AZ?
 
I cannot imagine why any state would give you a license with 4 DUI's. How long is your license suspended for?
