Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse 3 felony drug charges in ca i live in az now

i was arrested in CA for poss. of dangerous drugs- under the influence of drugs - poss. of a hypo. needle i served 3 days county judge gave me a new court date i fled the state i then served 2.5 yrs in az prison for unrelated charges i now have a felony bench warrant in ca how do i go about this. and approximately how long will i do (county or state) time. thank you

No one can say how long you would do time without knowing the statutes under which you were charged, your prior criminal history, etc.

If CA is not coming to extradite you then you can remain a fugitive for the rest of your life or you can come back and surrender yourself. If you can, hire an attorney first to help with the surrender and, possibly, arranging bail ahead of time.
