Parole, Probation 2nd Probation Violation

In Aug 2010 I got arrested & in Oct 2010 was placed on 3 years formal probation. Today I gave a dirty test so I'll have violated for the second time. I know jail time is inevitable. As right now I have 1 year & 1 month left on probation. Some said I could ask the judge to max my time out. So when I get out I won't be on probation any more. What I want to is ify I request that to the judge will my time b ran concurrent or consecutive? And how long would that be either way?

Normally,unless you give a judge a reason to screw you, your sentences will run concurrently. Your lawyer will address that little angle for you. With a 13 month it, it'll probably be automatically done anyway.

It also depends on the county. In many counties you could be releases early and find yourself still on probation when you get out. Of your original offense was foe the same thing I see it very unlikely you would spend that long in jail.
