Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse 210 month for conspiracy to distribute controlled substance

i do want to help to my friend with Temporary Release or Release. in 2004 he was closed for 15 years for distribute amphetamine. now its end of 2012,now he is in FCI Fort Worth Low prison. And in Nebraska is left his Old mother, she is 71 years old. One of his brothers did stomach surgery. My question is what chance to take him out for support his family.

I also respectfully wonder exactly how much you know about his case.

His family issues will have no bearing on him doing time in the federal penal colonies.

Sorry, his only way out early (other than to escape, which I don't recommend) is to seek parole.

Otherwise, he's just got to work on that 15 year sentence month by month.

I would advise you to be very careful about giving money or corresponding with incarcerated, convicted felons. Many will lie to you and rip you off. Danger Will Robinson, danger!!!
