My father in law just went thru a divorce from my mother in law. he won the house but she gets 40,000 and gets to stay in the house till she gets it and then has 2 weeks after that to move out. she is taking out all the light fixtures, the stove, the carpet and i am not sure what else my brother in law is the only one that she will let in and he saw those things. my father in law is trying to sell it and upon closing the title company cuts her check for 40,000. two questions...1. what should he do about the stuff she is taking out. 2. is there anyway to get her out sooner since she is tearing it up before she gets her money imagine what she will do after???? Help please!
