My 16 yr old daughter wants to go live with my parents in OH. She's a good kid, no problems & has a great opportunity available to her.
Her father, not my husband, we are anticipating is not going to be very receptive to her wanting to go. While he & I do share joint custody of her, she resides with me & has done so for the last 9 years.
Do I NEED to have his permission so that she can go? Will we also need him to agree to grant my parents equal custody of her in order for them to be able to sign things for her legally in Ohio?
