I was just curious about what might happen if a 15 year old teen were to get married with parental consent to a 20 year old man. Is there anyway that the male would try to get prosectued or any blood tests to prove if he is or is not the father? Does the court or any other authority figure have any control over that? Also, if the girl were on a deferred prosecution and court supervision for a year? Could her case manager do anything or try to take further action on trying to figure out if the child is his?
