I recently got a pink summons for 140.05 trespass a violation of penal law. I was in the parking lot of my older cousin's apartment waiting for him to come out of the shower. I was talking with my friend whom I did not see in a long time that I bumped into the parking lot. One of the residents called the police and they came and issued us a pink summons. There was no sign that stated NO TRESPASSING.

If I attend court soon and tell the Judge I was waiting for my older cousin to come down and my cousin shows the judge his proof of address will I be let off with ACD?
