hello there, i'm hoping someone can help me out i work for a tow truck company in michigan and recently i dropped my "on calls" or "commision shifts" where we are paid a percentage and not an hourly wage and my employer agreed at first then i starting putting in apps...

we did contact osha before the new year, and they still havent proceeded with anything (that we know of anyways, they dont tell you when obviously) and the whole contacting the fire dept thing... police officers are in and out of there daily since they tow for the police dept and no one says...

Thank you for responding, and my fiancee is actually waiting on a few calls from other jobs, but our roommate has no time due to the fact they are required to work 8-6 m-f and some saturdays... and with the bills he wont take a day off work. Michigan economy sucks right now.. really bad....
