    Illegally judged

dave, you should have motioned for reconsideration, then appealed. You had to give notice of appeal within whatever your time frame was, not appeal in that time, just give notice. You can file for a modification. But, there are some problems here: 1. You will in all likely hood have the...

    Parole, Probation Felons Marrying Felons

If you are on probation for a Felony, there must be a provision in the probation barring you from being around other felons. To admitt to this is a revokable violation. If you ASK your PO, be very carefull, as you might get the cuff's put on right there in the office.

No negligent homicide law in Indiana???

If the prosecutor refuses to prosecute, you can't do anything about it.(In Montana anyway, I'm sure most states give the prosecution this kind of power) It looks as thought you would have to go about this in a civil action. Perhaps a wrongfull death action. Sorry for you loss.

Let me see if I have this right: You were charged by a Federal agent, and it is in state court? If that's the case, when did the Federal Agent have State jurisdiction? Did this ranger charge you himself? or did he make a complaint to someone in the state and they charged you?

    need advice bad please reply!!!!!!!!!!

 What crack pipe loving shyster told you that? In Montana, once sentence is complete, ALL of your civil rights are restored, including right to have a gun. Although the US attorney may prosecute, the state cannot. Look a little deeper.

    Hit & Run

No, you shouldn't go to jail. You need to plead not guilty, demand a jury trial and set back. The other driver is at fault. 90% of all "tickets" can be beat if you apply yourself. *the public defender will lose or have you take a plea, they are not there to win the case.

    Speeding Ticket in PA......Plea question

The cop has no say. He is not the prosecutor. If he is prosecuting the case, you can sue. I would challange the cop and his "device" that got the speed. They are not accurate, and I have yet to meet a cop who know's how the damn things actually work.
