family friend who unbeknownst to me had her law license suspended stole my income and property tax

When did you discover the theft (month/year)? It's a criminal matter and the SOL may start to run when the theft was discovered.

Supreme Court Case Could Mess Up Chunks of US Tax Code as Justices debate meaning of ‘income'

I'm not understanding what you are saying here. Don't you have it backwards? Isn't it the unrealized gains (income) that this case is about? If the court rules that unrealized gains are income and is constitutional, that will open the way for taxes on all interpretations of unrealized income...

    Trying to serve my wife

If she doesn't answer, you may get a default judgment but as doucar points out , she can easily have it set aside and answer your complaint. I think that is what he means.

    PTO Cancellation

The longer you wait to work it out with your manager, the more it will cost you in cancelation fees. You might want to point that out to your manager and get an answer ASAP. You can always try to get one of the other techs to cover your PTO and are will to do it if your manager will allow it.

    Trailers on property

It is the art of the language in writing ordinances. But the net effect is, in some cases, to say what you can do. For example:

Discussing co-workers felony record at and out of work

You might want to ask yourself if you would like people gossiping about one of your problems. Common decency dictates that you should not gossip about people behind their backs.

    Trailers on property

That is not the case. Your statement is way too broad. There are plenty of laws that do just that. Unless the property is in some unincorporated area of the country where there are no zoning or policing regulations, there are laws that say what you can and cannot have on your property. And...

    Trailers on property

Its not just trailers in the code that you (or your landlord) have to worry about. You also need to check the local zoning code for property setbacks regulations and if anything is allowed to be placed in them, if in fact, the trailer is located in one of them.

Whom to summon when suing in Florida small claims court (landlord/tenant)?

For service you list the management company and the X Home Rentals LLC as defendants. The address of the management company I assume you know. The LLC listed address is probably the agent for service or the owner. The LLC may not be a FL LLC. Either way, you use the information you have.

    Breach of contract

What OP has told us is that he placed a deposit on the truck over the phone. I don't think that in any way does that produce a signed enforceable written contract for damages to be recovered under the UCC.

    Breach of contract

The truck would not be sold until it was paid for in full and you signed the contract for sale. What you did was put a deposit on the truck as you point out. That is not selling you the truck. When the dealer gets a better offer it's bye bye truck.

UPS claims denial without even inspecting

That's what they always say. It's their first line of defense. It's always your fault. If you can't appeal their decision, then sue them in small claims court. Once they get the complaint, they may just reconsider.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Is self-checkout a bad idea?

Yes it does until it happens to you. The same would be true in other situations. In 2021, there were an estimated 63 million court cases filed in the states trial courts and approximately 30,000 state trial judges in those courts. The probability of you appearing before a corrupt judge is...

    Firearms inheritance. State of Oregon

From what I found on an internet search, Oregon does not have a firearms registry. The State Police keep records of transactions for 5 years. There is an exemption for inherited firearms. I'm sure you could find the same information if you look for it.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Is self-checkout a bad idea?

Removing restrictive convenants for non-existent entity from property

There is no such thing as de-recording a document previously recorded on a parcel of land. The chain of title and any restrictions on the land, that run with the land, can't be changed going back. It can only be changed going forward. There is a question about whether or not the covenant is...
