ERISA Class Action: Need original complaint & Filing 17 for Haselman v. Schlumberger

Hi! I want to check if my situation fits this ERISA class action case against Schlumberger (Case 4:26-cv-03121, Southern District of Texas). Could someone please share the original plaintiff's details/complaint and Filing 17 (MOTION to Dismiss, filed May 29, 2026)? A link or PDF would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
 
I'm not sure what you're seeking to accomplish, but the complaint was only filed on April 17, and, as you noted, a motion to dismiss was filed on May 29.

The MTD is supposed to be fully briefed by July 21, but it may be several months (maybe even a year or more) before the court rules on the motion.

If the case survives, then the plaintiffs will have to file a class certification motion, which could take more than a year. The two name plaintiffs purport to be suing "individually, and as representatives of a Class of Participants and Beneficiaries of the Schlumberger Technology Corporation Savings and Retirement Plan." Are you such a person? If so, and if a class is certified, then you might receive a notice.

Thank you so much, this information is incredibly helpful. Yes, I am a former employee and an IC participant in that exact Schlumberger Savings and Retirement Plan. That is why I want to see if my clawback/vesting situation matches what the two named plaintiffs filed.

I had it open just before 1:30 p.m. PDT yesterday. I did not have it open 6 1/2 hours later when you posted your follow up, and I don't have it open now. It costs money to download documents. If you want copies of documents, you can use PACER as "adjusterjack" suggested.

I'm not sure why the MTD would make a slightest bit of difference, and there isn't anything to "join." You either are or aren't a member of the plaintiff class. If you are, you'll be notified in due course. If you want to contact the plaintiffs' lawyer, you're free to do so. The only reason you'd need your own lawyer would be if you want to opt out of the plaintiff class and file your own lawsuit..
