my siblings live with my mother that does drugs very heavily, she has always had this issue and got me taken away from her when i was a baby bc of it, my siblings live in filth and Shes in an abusive relationship with a man that also does drugs, my grandmother has told me my siblings (ranging from 7-3, there is 4 of them) don get baths and barely eat bc my mother works to pay rent and feed her and her boyfriend's drug addiction. can i call someone to help my siblings anonymously?

Sure, you can call anonymously and nobody will believe you.

Call CPS, identify yourself, name names and details. Go make an affidavit if you have to.

CPS is more likely to investigate and take action that way.

You're deluding yourself if you think this can be done any other way.

You can call CPS and they do take anonymous reports. You should call CPS if you're aware of neglect and abuse.
