My ex and i are going back to court for child custody.
we have orders in place that are very vague. they say the parents are to decide the schedule during the week and each parent maintains every other weekend.

we were in court talking about child support and i noticed on the forms that the spousal support was increased and i questioned it on the spot. the judge said we cant talk about that because we were there for child support and he wasnt my lawyer..so nothing changed.
I first got an order to pay 200.00 in addition to child support a few months ago..recently we went back to court over child support and her lawyer increased the amount of money i should have to pay for spousal support to 500 because she claims she lost hours - is that right?

well all i can muster is about 2 grand right now. every lawyer i talk to wants to either have me pay monthly , or come up with 3500.00. i just cant do it with all my wages garnished, and im gettign my ass kicked regularly in court. the emotion is propelling me to keep fighting becuase my kids...

well what can i expect to look for in interviewing lawyers? i had one, he drained my account and didnt get me anything...nothing. i had to let him go but not until he was sure to break me financially.
