If I have a car listed as an asset in my business, and when I get divorced, I would want for my wife to have that vehicle because it is paid off. Could I then claim another car on my taxes as an asset to my company the next year? I am just just worried that the IRS would raise their ugly head...

In Feb. I added a car and computer to my business assets and paid them off with that return money. Will my wife have any rights to those properties when we file for divorce. I am sole proprietor in the business.
