I am willing to show up on my arraignment Im just concern that I will have to go back again after that when my due date is becoming close.. Perhaps I should ask my doctor for proof that I'm giving birth soon if they schedule for meeting or trial? Thank you for the quick response!

@shree2012 how long did your trial last? Coz my arraignment is on oct.4 and I'm giving birth on oct.19

So I was caught at a local drugstore for items I took and costs $50 I was photographed by the LP asked my social security.. Doest that mean Im going to be on the retail database now?

So on my arraignment I just ask for a public defender or do I need to find one before the date of my arraignment?

In addition they called the police and took me to the station I had to bail out myself took picture and finger printed me, gave me a paper with my court date.

What does no consent mean? Is it the same as no Contest? Because I have a court date on oct.4 I was charged for theft 4 it's my first time and it was exactly $50 for the items I was also arrested and finger printed.
