Well the law guardian met with my daughter for 10 mins in an environment that was not favorable for my child and with a short notice because I had plans the whole day and I had to make time for him. Do you think 10 mins is enough time to get to know my child.

hmm, does it matter hold old evidence is? When were were together years ago, I have saved police records and an order or protection, I think I have 2 in the past 10years. Also, can't they do a drug test? I know for a fact he is an everyday user.

I am fighting in court now trying to prove this to them. There is a visitation order in place and if I don't abide by that..don't I go to jail??
Its unfair that the court has to plan my life, if I knew he would be a good father, I would let him have joint custody, but since he is not. I am...

this isn't true. my daughters fathers name is not on the bc and I already called the court and they said I can legally change it because his name isn't on the bc..so get your facts straight and read the whole story before responding.
Yes, I am trying to get modification to relocate. I know your right about not bringing anything up earlier but I just found out. I didn't say anything about that in the petition, I just basically said I would like sole custody being that he doesn't exercise his visitation rights anyway.
But, I...
