We are in need of a lawyer that specializes in cyber law. There is a person that lives in MD that continues to harass us and uses our email address to sign up for groups on MSN. They have, also, accused one of us of horrendous crimes using the court system to harass us. Please, can anyone help.

What does a person do who has had their drivers liscense suspened because of child support that they owe? Jobs that they qualify for require that they have a drivers liscense and without one they can't get a job. So is there any legal way around this?
