Can I sue

Jurisdiction

Amanda, I have known for 22 years, invited me over when I came in. He told me to be quiet and immediately had me follow him to the shower, which was unlike him once in the shower. He undressed me in and started washing me.It was a single person shower stall. He is 6"4 and I am 4"11 wall and shower, we heard the door click he stepped out and he locked the door that's when I heard his girlfriend say, okay, if that's how you want it, then I'll leave. We both didn't say anything, but it was like someone had flicked a switch. His demeanor completely changed. He told me to get on all fours then, he put all of his weight on my lower back and hip. I let it all soft whimper. But before I could say, stop or anything else, it was over and done with he kind of sort of helped me up, he sort of helped me dry off, and he used her hair brush to brush my hair a few times and then went out to the living room. I finished drying off in the days and went out to the living room. I sat down next to him, and that's when he said under his breath, go on, get out of here and if you come back, I'll hurt you worse next time. then, he said a little bit louder with a cheer rolling down his cheek. I'm not supposed to see you anymore. We finish watching the episode of news radio that was on the television. And as I was walked out the door I heard her voice again from the other room which is right off of the living room. Say see, I told you she only wants you for your money. He pretty much hurried me out. The door gave me a 1 fast hug and slammed the door shut behind me and I was left out in the cold rain. As I limped down the stairs and went home, I was in shock and did not know what the hell exactly had happened at the that moment, ever since then, I have been getting nailed in my tires have called that have no one says anything.I've been harassed whenever I go out with people walking by me telling me that i'm a home wrecker or a w**** or calling me a prostitute when I go out to events that have friends of theirs there that I was unaware of anyway. My point is, is that can I sue? I already have made a police report. I've gotten an order of protection against her. I was not able to get one against him. If I sue I will be representing myself. What do I do next?If I can do anything at all need help

Sorry to clarify, I'm in pain every day. My hip hurts whenever I walk upstairs. Getting in and out of my vehicle walking. Some days are better than others. But I'm in pain every day. I go to physical therapy and the pain does not seem to be going away. It's been 6 months now. Not only that, I have suffered mental health issues because of this. Very depressed and angry, isolated and alone. What is it? I have nightmares? I've lost friend, and I just don't know what to do

White space is your friend. So is proofreading. Although, given the content, let's just go with the TL;DR version: "I was SA'd 6 months ago. My property has been vandalized. I'm an emotional mess. I filed a police report. I was able to get an order of protection against the girlfriend of the dude that SA'd me, but not against against the SA'er himself. Can I sue, representing myself?"

The question should not be "can you sue", but rather, "can you win a lawsuit".

Representing yourself: no. That's just judging based on how you've presented your situation in this thread.

Do: get help for your ongoing medical/psychological health need. (Good to do in general, and may help you legally.)
Do: get an initial consult with a lawyer. Or more than one lawyer. If no lawyer is willing to represent you on a contingency basis, that is a strong indicator that the odds are against you.

You live in a major metropolitan area. Look up your local resources.
