The massage was not the most professional. No oil, no flip, just front side. And they demanded a tip of over $50. So I paid for one hour plus tip.

Then why did you go there in the first place?

If you paid by credit card, you're free to dispute the charge with your card issuer.

What?

They did ask, but did ask for neck and head massage. They didn't ask if wanted oil etc but since I paid cash for $75 for 1 hour thought that was part of it.

No one is obligated to tip.

One place I went way before this place this was pressuring me to tip $10 before I left , and argued. I lied and made up excuses to pay next time. I never went back to other place. And won't go to this place again either.

I'm disputing with bank , used debit though. So far no refund.

Massages absent a LICENSED MEDICAL PROVIDER are indeed SKETCHY. It might be WISER and SAFER NOT TO FREQUENT such establishments.

You went there, received a service, paid for the service, and regret the amount that you paid for. You have no case. Just don't go back.

You can write a letter to the owner or leave a negative review, but that's about it.

If by "shady" you mean illegal activity is going on there, you can express your concerns to the local police station.
