Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant warrant for vicious dog ticket

I have a warrant in Idaho for a vicious dog ticket that I was unaware of and they put this warrant out because a court date was scheduled for me in 2002 It is now a failure to appear. The other issue is it is almost 6 years old. Wow! I am currently living in Oregon and have been since 1994. My question is what is it going to take to clear this and how much money is it going to cost me. I wasn't even there. Don't you have to sign something to request a court hearing? I would really appreciate any comments or advice. I am a law abiding citizen and would like to clear my name without getting arrested.
