We fully own a large piece of property. We recently completed a barn and have now found out we caught a corner of a variable drainage easement. We are trying to work this out with the county/city, but the approval process can take some time. However, we are also in progress of building a home (not in the easement). We are only financing the construction of the home. Not the land or the barn. We will be ready to close before the approvals are granted for work to correct the easement. Will this be an issue with the lender?
