Here's a list of things that my landlord is charging me for

278.00 gas bill
100.00 painting
160.00 carpet cleaning
67.00 water bill
25.00 small hole in a screen
25.00 small trash removal (rugs, and a shelf)
200.00 carpet repair (3 small stains)
60.00 hole in the bedroom door

The big thing here is that we had pets which she aloud it is on my lease, should she have replaced the carpet before letting new people move in
 
That's what rental deposits are for. She should not have moved someone in and then replaced the carpet. You can claim the carpet was in great shape when you left. Did you take pictures? A picture tells a thousand word.
