My daughter is 6 years old this not the first time this has happened I would like to know if it OK for a detective and a dcf agent to question her without me her mother or father being there she was interviewed at her school and we received no information that they did such thing is it ok.

Yes in fact its preferred as children tend to not always remain truthful if parents are around

You can prohibit her answering questions, by instructing her to always say, "I want my mommy. I want my daddy. I'm not allowed to talk to strangers. Call my mommy, please."

Instruct the school as to your wishes.

You can instruct her not to cooperate but you can not prevent them from asking, nor will that stop an investigation.
