Any advice would be appreciated. I sold a mobile home to a lady that said she was going to move it right away. So, instead of having her go to the park and sign a lease with the park she agreed in writing to pay for the lot rent if she didn't have it moved by March 1st. It still hasn't been moved and she says she doesn't have the money for lot rent. She said she was waiting for road restrictions to be lifted. They have been lifted for a month now. She disconnected her phone number. The trailer is still sitting in the park and I have been paying the lot rent for the past three months and have to pay it until it's moved. I checked with the secretary of state's office and she still has not transfered the title to her name.
