my ex mother-in-law has custody of my daughter at this time.everytime i petition the courts to get cusody of her back and lose but gain small grounds on getting her back she relocates some where else and i hve to find her again. also i'm suppose to visitation every other weekend and every other holiday. but during the search to find them i'm not visiting with my daughter, this is the argument that the grandmother uses so that can not regain custudy of her becuase she doesn't know me. we recently had a big court battle back in 2003, the lower court said that the higher court would rule on this decision becuse of the moving around alot by the grandmother a ruling was set by that court,and at this time she hired a lawyer that said she would sumit thier paper to the courts also,everyone involved submitted their proper paper work except her side. of course they disappeared again i recntly just found them texas. HElP
